Job summary

A leading automotive leasing company seeks a Leasing Manager to develop strategic initiatives for growth in the automotive leasing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the automotive industry, excellent communication skills and the drive to excel in a competitive market.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in leasing and fleet sales.
  • Possess minimum Class 3 driving license.
  • Dedicated, hardworking, and highly motivated individual.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop tactical strategies to support the overall Automotive Leasing / Fleet strategy
  • Lead the implementation of the tactical and strategic initiatives by deploying/engaging resources to support and expand the growth of the daily rental and mid to long term leasing business
  • Maintain a high market profile by identifying key business opportunities and new business contact to expand the business
  • Establish, monitor goals, and provide support, coaching, and mentoring to all teams
  • Develop internal and external relationships with customers and clients
  • Sell automotive leases to various customers and clients
  • Assist and support companies in meeting their transportation requirements
  • Advise customers on the financial options available in the market to meet their motor vehicles needs
  • Advise customers on the best motor vehicles leases
  • Provide potential clients the complete motor vehicles information with costs, terms, and conditions
  • Prepare estimates, work out the cost of the motor vehicles including insurance, legal fees, and road taxes
  • Prepare motor vehicle lease agreements with contract and lease terms, credits, and warranties
  • Directs evaluates leasing, sales, advertising, and administrative procedures, including collections, inventory financing, and used car sales.
  • Conduct sales presentations
  • Establish a team comprised of Leasing Executives
  • Conduct regular market research to stay up to date on competitors' activities and promotions
  • Responsible for the monitoring and collection of payments from customers
  • Provide consistent customer service and attend to customers' feedback and complaints, if any
  • Follow up with customers on satisfaction level periodically
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in leasing and fleet sales
  • Dedicated, hardworking, and highly motivated individual with a "Can Do" attitude
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Preferably have an existing base of customers, but is not a must
  • Possess minimum Class 3 driving licence
