Job description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Coordinate all sales activities to maintain healthy and profitable relationships with clients and associates.
  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expenses control.
  • Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and target potential clients through various communication channels.
  • Develop and improve relationships with key accounts to maintain high levels of service and client loyalty.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
  • Maintain good relationships with other sales-related departments to create more effective campaigns, events, and strategies for professional execution of commitments.
  • Possess strong product knowledge, with the ability to identify market trends and stay informed about new products and competitors.
  • Participate actively in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.
  • Comply with the company's SOPs, procedures, and policies.
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting product and service benefits.
  • Fully utilize the CaterMaster system to monitor client communication, maintain data and records for future reference.
  • Plan to achieve divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
  • Present sales reports and communicate realistic forecasts to superiors.
  • Understand client needs and assist in selecting appropriate products or services that meet their specifications.
  • Achieve a monthly sales target of 20 to 25 confirmed and closed sales during wedding shows, expos, roadshows, including clubs and hotels.
  • Work on a 1% commission basis (commission paid only upon receipt of payment for events).
  • Note that the monthly sales achieved will be excluding GST and service charges.
  • Overall, be in charge of Level 3 restaurant outlet and assist during peak hours for lunch and dinner.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a diploma in a relevant field.
  • Preferably 5 years of sales management experience in F&B retail, wholesale, or consumer goods.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in sales.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Highly organized and meticulous, able to follow tasks from start to finish.
