About the role
Our Established MNC client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Electrical installation products) to join them for their Singapore sales office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth within the electrical building material and solutions industry.
What you'll be doing
Represent Client company, with a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings
Research customer needs and identify how the solutions meet their needs
In charge of SG market and opportunity to cover Malaysia if performance is good
Build, develop, train, motivate, and advise local partners and distributors
Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance
Continuously develop personal leadership and training skills while using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
Generate sales leads, build and nurture client relationships
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands distributors and customers base
Meet regularly with stakeholders including project owners, consultants and contractors to grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
Plan and conduct product seminars, technical trainings, and promotional events on a regular basis
Oversee partners and distributors to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
Prepare and manage month-end sales reports and delivery quotas and year-end close processes
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of sales experience in electrical installation products
Individual sales contributor & a go getter
Experienced in design and specification works within the building industry, including collaboration with consultants
