A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager for the education sector, offering up to $4,000 monthly plus attractive commissions. The selected candidate will develop new business contacts, achieve sales targets, and implement strategies to increase student enrollment. Candidates should hold a diploma/degree and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. The role is primarily based in Toa Payoh with a relocation to Jurong East forthcoming.

• Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets aligned with core competencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and adherence to the Institute’s rules.

Job description

Sales Manager (Education) - Up to $4,000 + Monthly Attractive Commission

• Working location: Toa Payoh (relocate to Jurong East soon)
• 5 days work week: 9am - 6:30pm

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales target
• Ensure to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
• Drive number (student enrolment number) and activities (i.e. campaigns , open houses, information sessions, campus visits etc)
• Understand competition and trends in the education sector to develop sales strategies and initiatives
• Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets that are aligned with core competencies of the institution
• Ensure compliance of SSG regulations and strict adherence to the Institute’s rules and processes

• Diploma / Degree with at least 1 years' relevant experience preferably in the education industry
