Job Description
Sales Team Management & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of up to 15 individuals, ensuring the consistent achievement of sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Drive recruitment and interview processes to strategically expand or replace team members, identifying top talent to contribute to our growth.
- Oversee and ensure accurate and timely updates of team schedules, leave applications, and daily operational task updates.
- Uphold and enforce the highest standards of work discipline and reliability across the team, including punctuality and adherence to company policies.
- Effectively manage and resolve unforeseen circumstances, such as last-minute medical leaves or other operational disruptions during event deployments.
- Enforce strict discipline among staff during roadshows, focusing on customer service quality, appropriate sales pitch language, accountability for presence, and addressing unauthorized absences.
Team Building & Development
- Take the lead in interviewing and closing high-potential candidates to build a robust and effective sales force.
- Ensure a seamless and effective onboarding process for new team members, including comprehensive planning, training, and execution.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong team spirit, motivating your team to consistently strive for sales excellence and KPI attainment.
- Focus on staff retention, building a loyal and dedicated team committed to achieving shared goals.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for Education Managers (EMs) and Education Counselors (ECs) to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.
- Implement effective data management practices to track team performance and generate comprehensive reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with management to analyze data trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic initiatives to optimize overall team performance.
Workflow Upgrades & Enhancement
- Proactively identify and analyze operational issues on the ground, providing root cause analyses and effective solutions.
- Continuously enhance existing systems and processes to optimize team efficiency and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and implement innovative and creative strategies for team management, fostering a dynamic and high-performing environment.
