Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Track the market dynamics and competitors of the overseas data center industry, formulate and implement effective marketing strategies, promote the business of data centers and other communication operators to land overseas, and achieve sales targets and performance tasks in overseas regions.
  2. Explore new overseas markets. Develop and maintain local customer resources and establish good cooperative relationships.
  3. Explore customer needs, demonstrate service capabilities, provide customers with customized comprehensive solutions, promote projects to become benchmark classic projects, and enhance the company's market influence and customer satisfaction.
  4. Strengthen internal coordination, improve delivery capabilities, and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  1. More than 5 years of data center/infrastructure/power equipment sales experience, with Southeast Asian customer resources preferred;
  2. Proficient in key account sales (Key Account Management) and complex project operation capabilities;
  3. Familiar with data center power supply and distribution systems (UPS, HVDC, distribution cabinets, etc.);
  4. Excellent business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills, proficient in Chinese and English;
  5. Able to adapt to high-frequency customer visits and short-term business trips to Southeast Asia.

  1. 跟踪海外数据中心行业市场动态和竞争对手情况,制定并执行有效的市场销售策略,推动数据中心和其他通信运营商业务落地海外,完成海外地区销售目标和业绩任务。
  2. 开拓海外新市场。开发和维护当地客户资源,建立良好的合作关系。
  3. 挖掘客户需求,展示服务能力,为客户提供定制化的综合解决方案,推动项目成为标杆经典项目,提升公司市场影响力和客户满意度。
  4. 加强内部协同,提升交付能力,确保项目的顺利交付。

任职要求:

  1. 5年以上数据中心/基础设施/电力设备销售经验,具备东南亚客户资源者优先;
  2. 精通大客户销售(Key Account Management)及复杂项目运作能力;
  3. 熟悉数据中心供配电系统(UPS、HVDC、配电柜等);
  4. 出色的商务谈判、跨文化沟通能力,熟练使用中文和英文;
  5. 能适应高频客户拜访及短期东南亚出差。

  1. 目的:
    a) 解决把客户引进来的问题,深耕行业,能够链接目标客户资源,具有良好的客户关系。
    b) 解决项目高质量中标,负责项目前中后期运作工作。
