Sales Manager (Digital Marketing & Web Development Agency)

We're an established digital marketing and web development agency with a 12-year track record of excellence in Singapore, recently acquired by a NASDAQ-listed company. We're seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to drive our next phase of growth and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the entire sales strategy for both digital marketing and web development services
• Lead a dedicated sales team while working closely with our specialized departments
• Develop strategic proposals combining web development and digital marketing solutions
• Create and execute innovative sales strategies to capture enterprise-level opportunities
• Collaborate with our expert teams to craft winning solutions for clients

Job Requirements and Skills:

• More than 5 years in technology sales, with preference for digital marketing and web development experience
• Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals ($100K+)
• Strong understanding of both digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social) and web development landscapes
• Experience in solution selling and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams
