About the role
This full-time Sales Manager (Diesel / Gas Engine Power Genset) role based in the Singapore. The Sales Manager will play a strategic and instrumental role in driving sales growth for comprehensive range of diesel and gas engine power genset solutions.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote product offerings to new and existing customers
Building and nurturing a strong customer base within the local market by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Oversea sales experience is an advantage.
Providing expert advice and technical support to customers to ensure their power generation needs are met
Preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform the sales strategy
Providing regular sales performance reports and analytics to the senior management team
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the diesel/gas engine power genset industry
Strong technical expertise and understanding of power generation solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Proficiency in preparing sales proposals and presentations
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
