About the role

This full-time Sales Manager (Diesel / Gas Engine Power Genset) role based in the Singapore. The Sales Manager will play a strategic and instrumental role in driving sales growth for comprehensive range of diesel and gas engine power genset solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote product offerings to new and existing customers

  • Building and nurturing a strong customer base within the local market by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Oversea sales experience is an advantage.

  • Providing expert advice and technical support to customers to ensure their power generation needs are met

  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets

  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform the sales strategy

  • Providing regular sales performance reports and analytics to the senior management team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the diesel/gas engine power genset industry

  • Strong technical expertise and understanding of power generation solutions

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

  • Proficiency in preparing sales proposals and presentations

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
