Sales Manager – Datacenter Segment

We are seeking a strategic and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our datacenter solutions business across the region. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, securing new projects, and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on power solutions, critical systems, and turnkey project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the datacenter sector (MEP/EPCC projects, power systems, cooling, etc.)

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence

  • Build strong relationships with consultants, end-users, and stakeholders in the datacenter space

  • Conduct presentations and discussions to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, technical solutions, and quotations

  • Drive project negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to project teams

  • Monitor market trends, gather competitor insights, and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)

  • Proven sales experience in datacenter solutions, MEP projects, or critical infrastructure

  • Familiarity with power systems, UPS, cooling systems, or integrated turnkey solutions

  • Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented

  • Able to travel regionally for business
