What will I be doing?

As Sales Manager (Proactive), you will work with the Assistant Director of Sales/Director of Sales to drive business, explore new opportunities, and expand existing accounts through various sales channels. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing assigned corporate accounts to increase market share and meet hotel sales targets.
  • Engaging with clients through direct calls, emails, and site visits, including hosting site inspections and entertainment for potential clients.
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries and maintaining relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales offices.
  • Identifying new corporate clients to maximize sales potential.
  • Ensuring accurate rate loading in OnQPM, submitting weekly sales call plans and activities, and maintaining an Account Development Plan.
  • Submitting proposals, rate agreements, and RFPs timely.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance.
  • Addressing client issues and participating in hotel meetings and events.
  • Conducting follow-up calls to increase demand and revenue, and reporting sales activities regularly.
  • Collaborating with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Supporting strategic planning, market analysis, and team coaching as needed.
