Amara Singapore is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to drive corporate business and optimize room sales revenue. The successful candidate will have a substantial background in hospitality sales, fostering long-term relationships with clients, managing accounts, and engaging in the RFP process to enhance overall revenue generation.
Summary
To grow the corporate business and maximize room sales revenue for the Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve sales target for room sales revenue
Develop new business and manage existing accounts with a focus on building long term relationships
Engage customers by attending to sales enquiries and conducting site visits
Responsible for RFP process
Sourcing for and meeting new clients
Work on first inquiry with Events Manager for corporate clients interested in events booking
Prepare daily and weekly sales call report
Prepare Monthly Account Summary and Production report
Conducting Pre-Conference meetings with various departments such as Front Office and F&B
Job Requirements:
3 years and above of corporate sales experience in Hospitality industry
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
IT proficiency in MS office applications and Hotel Systems
Self motivated and results-focused
