We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales division for consumer electronics and major appliances. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth, increase market share, and maximize sales within key retail channels. You will manage a team of sales professionals, build strong relationships with retail partners, and ensure operational goals align with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the growth of major appliances and consumer electronics across designated retail channels.
- Lead staff across multiple retail outlets, ensuring that individual and team sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Manage relationships with key retail partners, including top retail chains, to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and increase sales across various distribution points.
- Oversee operational aspects of sales, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and P&L to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis of sales results, market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Recruit, train, and deploy promoters strategically within retail stores to optimize sales coverage and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the consumer electronics or major appliances sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide sales teams to achieve goals.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales cycles, retail operations, inventory management, and P&L responsibilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable insights and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
