Job summary
A construction engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to identify sales opportunities and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of sales experience in the construction industry, proficiency in MS Office, and strong interpersonal skills. This role involves preparing proposals, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with logistics for timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:-
- Identify sales opportunities and prospects to achieve continuous growth in business
- Identify potential customers, initiate customer visits, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers
- Build customer relationships, support customers' project requirements and enquiries
- Identify new market trends, business opportunities and generate monthly reports
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base
- Manage and ensure achieving monthly sales target
- Account management/servicing
- Handling sales enquiries, generate quotations, product presentation and addressing customers’ requirements
- Follow up on customers’ payments
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior
Requirements:-
- Possess at least Nitec or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Construction or related field
- At least 4 to 6 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry, preferably in scaffolding and formwork system
- Proficient in MS office application
- Able to read technical drawing and specification
- Strong in customer relationship management and networking and able to build strong business rapport at all levels
- Has strong initiative with desire to excel and to build a career in sales field
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and strong teamwork
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (need to communicate with Mandarin speaking client)
- Possess Class 3 driving license / own vehicle (preferable)
