Job description

Salary: $4, 500 - $5, 500 + $750 Transport Allowance
Working Days: Mon - Friday, 8.30am - 5.15pm
Location: Office - Kwong Min Road (Boon Lay) | Travel to site if required

Reporting to Sales Director

Job Duties:

Sales Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop and implement project-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Project Management
  • Oversee the sales process from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and operations) to align project goals with sales objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks.

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related sales activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Business Development
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Team work
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
  • With minimum 3 years experience in a sales management capacity in the foodservice industry
  • Able to travel oversea if require.
  • May commit occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
