A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. You'll lead the sales team, analyze market trends, and establish strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and strong leadership skills. The Sales Manager will be responsible to develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy and support to expand catering sales to institutional, corporate and public clients. He/she will manage the sales team, analyse sales data and market trends, develop and execute marketing activities/campaigns, maintain good relationship with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy for the company;
· Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets;
· Analyse sales data, market trends and consumer behaviour;
· Participate and secure catering contracts from government tenders and corporate companies tenders;
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services;
· Good rapport building with key clients and partners to identify new business opportunities;
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
· Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing metrics to senior management
Qualifications:
· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
· Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Social Media
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
