We are an established FMCG company distributing well-known Beauty, Health, Personal Care and Food brands (Olive Young, Svelty, My Beauty Diary, Maro, Kahi and San Remo) and we are looking to hire a SALES MANAGER in our Beauty, Health and Personal Care Division to grow with us.

We’re seeking individuals with a dynamic drive, offering the opportunity to collaborate in a team-oriented environment on the following areas:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead negotiations and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers to achieve business objectives

  • Manage a team of merchandisers to execute in-store merchandising and promotional initiatives

  • Design and execute sales campaigns to drive brand growth across brick-and-mortar and online retail channels

  • Deliver order forecasts to support purchase order planning

  • Collaborate with brand teams on operational initiatives while fostering long-term partnerships

  • Collaborate with management to assess products and develop go-to-market strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales industry

  • Proven experience in the FMCG, Cosmetics, or Health Supplements sectors

  • Working experience with retailers (e.g. Guardian, Watsons, Unity)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Possess good negotiation skills

  • Exhibit a hands-on leadership style with a proactive mindset

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
