Sales Manager (Beauty)

Job Description:

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 11am-9pm, Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm

8 days off per month

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Monitor and manage store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.

Sales and Customer Service:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.

• Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.

Education and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
