Brief Summary:

  • Basic $5500 - $7000 + $1100 Transport Allowance
  • Mon to Fri: 9.00am - 6.00pm
  • Location: Changi North
  • Permanent Role + VB + 15AL

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's capabilities, trade lanes, and business plan to achieve or exceed sales targets. Identify and create unique selling points in collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and secure new customer opportunities by building a robust pipeline and effectively executing win plans. Establish and manage a network of customer contacts to foster strong relationships and trust at various levels.Transform potential opportunities into actionable plans with customers to drive future growth. Drive strategies to establish value-creating partnerships with customers.
  • Market Analysis and Pricing: Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying informed about supply and demand, market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities. Optimize gross profit and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and market conditions.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate with relevant departments to meet customer requirements efficiently. Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each secured customer with operational teams to ensure clear process understanding. Facilitate the resolution of service issues with customers as needed.
  • Sales Reporting and Administration: Update all sales activities in Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely monthly sales reporting to the Country Head of Sales and global management. Develop and coordinate the use of marketing collateral, materials, and customer-related information with marketing and administration teams.

Job Requirements:
  • 5 - 8 years relevant working experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Min. Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in business development and strategic account Management.
