Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass targets for commercial vehicle offerings
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to reach both individual and collective objectives
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with fleet buyers, logistics firms, and corporate clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities, securing contracts with key commercial customers
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings
Oversee pricing, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to balance competitiveness with profitability
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—such as logistics, finance, and operations—to ensure seamless contract execution and vehicle delivery
Monitor sales performance metrics and manage payment issues
Job Requirements:
Experienced in managing sales team in automotive trade
Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Class 3 Licensed
