In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Job Summary

You will lead the sales of automation systems and solutions, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. You will also work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored automation solutions across industries.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales plans for automation systems and solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and grow key accounts.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable automation solutions.
Conduct presentations, demos, and technical discussions.

Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
Ensure smooth handover to project and technical teams.

Team & Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate with engineering, service, and project teams to deliver solutions.
Provide sales support and product feedback to internal teams.

Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management.


Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in automation systems or industrial solutions.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
