1. Sales Manager (Motion Control Sales Exp is must)

  • Location: Ubi / Macpherson

  • Working days : Monday - Friday (830am to 530pm)

  • Salary range: $3500 - $6000 (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Explore the business opportunity in direct accounts or with distributors/REPS and good at product introduction and technical proposal recommendation

  • Responsible for customer technical support, dealing with customers' technical problems in product application, positioning, analyzing and quickly solving problems

  • Responsible for technical training for distributors / reps / customers, and tracking the progress of projects

  • Responsible for collecting customer demand information and assisting the Marketing Department in positioning new product research and development direction

  • Good application knowledge of dimmable LED drivers, can recommend suitable LED drivers to customers and solve problems in customer’s applications.

2. Account Manager (Sales) - Fluid Connectors

  • Location: Henderson Industrial Park - Henderson Rd

  • Working Time: Mon -Thurs (in office), Friday (WFH) - 8.30am - 5.15pm

  • Salary Range : $4,500 - $6,500 (max)

  • Monthly Transport Allowance : $800

  • Monthly Mobile Allowance : $60

  • REPORTING LINE: Local Division Director – FCS

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: You work as part of a professional Field Sales Team introducing our fluid and gas couplings; robotic tools changer starting with customers (channels, end user, system integrator, OEMs) prospect visits, calls and e-mail, evaluating solutions and finally get the sales orders, determinate your daily work.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics)

  • Minimum of 5 years experiences in sales, channel development and management

2. Sales Engineer (Valve Fitting Sales Exp is must)

  • Salary : SGD3,000 - SGD 4,000 + Commission

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm
    (once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm)

  • Location: Nearest MRT (Sembawang / Admiralty)

3. Parts Sales Engineer (Genset Parts / Marine Parts Sales Exp is must)

  • Working Location: (Jurong East)

  • Working Days: Monday - Friday

  • Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:15pm

  • Salary range: SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,500 monthly, 13th month, SGD 250 transport allowance

Collaborate with Business Unit to strive for anticipated sales growth targets as well as to breach new markets to ensure captive market share year on year. Develop effective strategies and plans to increase spare parts market share and revenue.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively handles all opportunities from leads to ensure timely fulfilment and profitability of business unit

  • Conducts and provides accurate forecast and sales pipeline plans to management for planning

  • Actively promotes Service Sales (Aftermarket products) to distributors in conjunction with spare parts sales

  • Collaborates with the sales team to develop sales strategies to target new opportunities recognized within existing accounts

  • Have in-depth knowledge on wide range of diesel industrial engines (small to large capacity) to provide support to distributors in terms of spare parts technical advice

  • Optimizes inventory level (own stock and consignment stock at customer site) to achieve low stock-up cost and satisfactory parts availability to customers

  • Maintains accurate records of all projects, pricings, sales, and activity reports

  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations for sales representatives, customers, and prospects

  • Leads and participates in continuous improvement projects in cross-functional areas

  • Performs any other parts sales and aftermarket duties as and when assigned

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in spare parts or automotive industry

  • This position requires fair amount of traveling in the Asia Pacific and South East Asia Region (10-15%)

  • Prior spare parts experience with engines manufacturers will be advantageous.
