Create and execute sales strategy to achieve sales target.
Present value messaging effectively to customers with a solutions selling mindset.
Develop, qualify, and drive automation business-oriented opportunities from concept to closure.
Evaluate and prepare technical and commercial proposals by collaborating with internal teams.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industrial automation solutions market, key trends, the competitive landscape, and enterprise use cases.
Work closely with the team to develop solution proposals.
Keep track of industrial, statutory, and regulatory bodies' requirements and updates to determine the impact on the business and assess potential opportunities.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Control, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.
At least 5 years of sales experience with industrial automation projects.
Self-driven, possess a hunter mindset with proven track records in developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal communication skills with initiative and drive.
Goal-oriented, competitive, persuasive, and can work individually and in a team environment.
Good understanding of systems integration, industrial automation, IIoT, and manufacturing operation management systems.
Those familiar with sales and proposal of various control systems such as PLC, SCADA, and DCS will have an added advantage.
Strong industry knowledge and customer base in any of the industries: Manufacturing, Commercial and Industrial Building, Healthcare, Utilities, Petrochemical, Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas.
