Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Lead and motivate a sales team to drive performance and meet KPIs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and trade partners
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and understand consumer trends
- Manage pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product launches in collaboration with marketing
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to management
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, supply chain) to ensure smooth sales operations
- Train and develop junior sales staff to build a high-performing team
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG / food-related products
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good network in retail, HORECA, or food distribution sectors is a plus
