Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager who thrives in partner-facing roles to join our growing team in the water features and attractions industry. This role is primarily focused on managing and enabling our channel and business partners across Southeast Asia ensuring they are well-supported, aligned with our brand values, and positioned for success.

Rather than focusing on direct sales to end customers, this role emphasizes the development, maintenance, and performance optimization of a distributor and partner ecosystem.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for partner inquiries, support needs, and coordination across internal functions.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, sales goals, and promotional activities.
  • Provide training and enablement to partners on products, sales tools, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure effective execution of brand standards at partner point-of-sale (POS) locations and events.
  • Regularly visit partners across the region to provide support, gather feedback, and assess performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and logistics to resolve partner-related issues and optimize operations.
  • Monitor partner performance against KPIs and recommend strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of a scalable channel management framework for Southeast Asia.

Requirements:

  • Travel is required across Southeast Asia to support, audit, and grow partner relationships.
  • Candidates should bring channel management experience and ideally have a background in construction, landscaping, or water-related solutions.
  • Have passion for water features and attractions with connections in the construction industry is a plus
  • Customer focused and results driven mindset with deep understanding of the product or service being sold.
  • Adaptability in a fast paced or changing environment.
