Job summary

A leading logistics firm based in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive sales in their air freight division. The position requires a well-rounded individual with a strong sales background and at least 5 years of experience in logistics. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and managing key accounts. The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and be results-oriented, with a willingness to travel across ASEAN for business engagements.

  • Salary: $5,000 - $6,500, with AWS

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, and influential stakeholders across client organizations to drive business opportunities.
  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to attract and secure new business, with a focus on air freight solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Monitor sales performance against annual plans and initiate corrective strategies when targets are not met.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Managing Director.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of proven sales experience in air freight, preferably within the logistics industry.
  • Experience in sourcing and managing accounts within the 3PL, FMCG, retail, or high-tech industries is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel for business across ASEAN countries as required.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Senior Executive or Assistant Manager position are available.
