As part of our regional expansion, we're hiring for two Sales Manager positions:

  • Sales Manager - Africa & Australasia (South Africa & New Zealand)
  • Sales Manager - North Asia (Hong Kong & Taiwan)

The Role:
As Sales Manager, you'll lead sales efforts across your assigned region. You'll be responsible for acquiring new business and helping clients achieve their growth goals through our lead generation solutions.

This is a high-impact role that combines autonomy, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking confident, results-driven professionals with:

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, lead generation, or media.
  • Some success working with clients in either Africa & Australasia or Hong Kong & Taiwan.
  • Strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills.
  • A deep understanding of business culture and commercial dynamics in your region.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • A strategic mindset with solid commercial acumen.

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Competitive total package with OTE between SGD 70,000 and SGD 100,000+ per annum

  • Includes base salary and performance-based variable component
  • Uncapped earnings potential for high performers
