Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales experience.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales leadership or team management role, preferably within the ACMV, HVAC, or building services industry.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for developing talent.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of leading a team to meet or exceed sales targets.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and develop our team of sales professionals. In this pivotal role, your primary focus will be on coaching your team to success, helping them strategize on key accounts, and driving overall sales performance for our cooling tower (new tenders) and ACMV/HVAC services.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide daily guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the maintenance sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual KPIs, and create development plans to foster career growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve the team\'s technical knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets, strategic plans, and market approaches.
  • Work closely with team members to develop winning strategies for key accounts and major tenders.
  • Accompany sales consultants on critical client meetings to provide senior-level support and coaching during presentations and negotiations.
  • Performance Management: Implement effective sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Manage the sales budget and revenue forecasting for the team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales experience
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales leadership or team management role, preferably within the ACMV, HVAC, or building services industry.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for developing talent.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of leading a team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Preferably experience with cooling tower systems or ACMV/HVAC maintenance services.
