About the Role

Metizoft is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our growth across the Asia Pacific region. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of promoting cutting-edge “Green” solutions—including Green Ship Recycling, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)—to a wide spectrum of clients spanning maritime and non-marine industries.

What You’ll Do
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across maritime and adjacent industries for ESG, LCA, and sustainability solutions throughout the APAC region.
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed regional sales targets and budgets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and insightful market reports to inform business strategy.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and representing Metizoft at industry events and exhibitions.
- Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate the value of our innovative solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update detailed records of prospects and sales activities within our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our Sales Agent Network and internal teams across APAC to maximize collaboration and drive business growth.
- Prepare and negotiate Framework Agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by delivering tailored, responsive solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of ESG compliance, IMO sustainability regulations, and industry trends to provide expert advice and thought leadership.
- Represent Metizoft at regional and international industry conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings, including occasional travel and client engagement activities.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline; maritime or related industry background is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales success within the maritime industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Decisive, action-oriented, commercially driven, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse, global team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot).
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients professionally.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the APAC region as needed.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in target setting, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
