The successful candidate will manage key relationships, develop sales strategies, and ensure effective contract negotiations. Leong Hup Singapore is a leading food manufacturer, providing poultry meats and halal small goods. We’re expanding our footprint with key accounts in the chain restaurant sector and are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen our presence across restaurant chains.
As the Sales Manager for Chain Restaurants, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue through partnerships with major restaurant chains. You will manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key responsibilities:
· To deliver Top & Bottomline & assist General Manager to manage sales team
· Regular engagement with key customers to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are maximized.
· Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including chain restaurants.
· Responsible for monthly forecast and sales management.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Ordering team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues.
· Manage and monitor execution performance (brand location, range, stock availability, pricing etc) and active follow up with the team to resolve issues.
· Identify and delegate sales team to areas of responsibilities and create synergistic effects.
· Propose new product development.
· Plan, negotiate and execute new launches, campaigns, price increases etc.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and account
penetration.
· Responsible for submission of regular and timely sales and opportunity reports.
· Price analysis of competitors’ products for company brand & pricing strategy.
· Any other ad-hoc duties.
Education and Work requirements:
Degree with class 3 driving licence, preferably with own car.
5 years sales experience in chain restaurants.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical with strong business acumen & proficient in Microsoft Office.
Hands on individual.
