About the role

You will develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with veterinarians by identifying business opportunities to expand product distribution. You will also drive business growth by implementing strategic plans to achieve key performance indicators. Partnering with trade partners to engage them in nutrition knowledge, expand distribution, support veterinary continuous education, and execute VET channel strategies to strengthen long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive market growth by achieving sales targets, expanding professional outreach, and increasing product distribution.
  2. Lead and execute channel development while proactively managing risks to meet growth objectives.
  3. Enhance industry expertise through continuous education programs, including scientific and business training sessions.
  4. Strengthen product visibility in key locations and conduct site visits to gather market intelligence.
  5. Focus on consistent client acquisition to drive sales and forecast demand from key partners.
  6. Optimize promotional strategies to maximize customer value and achieve business goals.
  7. Analyze territory potential to develop new accounts and improve distribution.
  8. Foster customer engagement at all levels, addressing concerns and supporting business growth.
  9. Ensure accurate reporting and automation to streamline operations and achieve objectives.

What we’d like to see in you

You will possess a bachelor's degree or a related qualification, with at least three years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the life science, animal, human health, or pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities. You should be proactive, take initiative, and demonstrate the ability to drive results effectively. Being an animal lover is a significant plus!
