Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct sales training, mentoring, and performance reviews for the team.
- Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close deals.
