The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing and executing project-based sales strategies. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring the successful delivery of sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the market and industry trends.

Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement project-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  3. Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  4. Oversee the sales process from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and operations) to align project goals with sales objectives.
  6. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related sales activities.
  9. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  10. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  11. Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years experience in a sales management capacity in the foodservice industry.
  2. Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
  7. Able to travel overseas if required.
