About Us:

D’Carguys is one of Singapore’s leading automotive styling studios, specialising in car wraps, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and detailing. We are passionate about transforming vehicles while delivering quality service and honest pricing. As our business continues to expand, we’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive our service sales and lead customer engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Execution

  • Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and walk-ins.

  • Present and recommend suitable wrap, PPF, tinting, or detailing packages to customers.

  • Visit car dealerships and used car sellers to build referral networks and generate leads.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and close deals efficiently.

• Customer Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales follow-up in a professional manner.

• Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Monitor and track personal sales targets and performance against monthly KPIs.

  • Submit weekly sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

• Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely scheduling and completion of jobs.

  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns and customer outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; automotive-related sales experience is a plus.

• Strong interest or working knowledge in car wraps, PPF, or automotive detailing.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in lead generation.

• Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Excel, and basic digital tools.

• Class 3 driving licence preferred but not compulsory.
