Your Role on Our Journey
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the car leasing division. This includes developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, overseeing the customer acquisition process, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automotive leasing, people management, and a customer-focused mindset.
Your Day-to-Day Adventures
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and annual leasing targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and oversee the generation of new leads.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns to support sales efforts.
Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of leasing consultants/sales executives.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Conduct training for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members.
Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and individual clients.
• Attend client meetings, provide quotations, and negotiate lease terms.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Operational & Reporting:
• Work with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within the automotive or leasing industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong leadership abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of car leasing processes, contract negotiations, and the customer lifecycle.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills
• Background in B2B car leasing or fleet management.
• Established network within the automotive or leasing industry.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
