Descrição
Reporting to the CEO, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in Portugal and Spain.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Lead and support a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify market trends and business opportunities in the fishing sector.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge within the sales team.
- Travel frequently within the region to strengthen partnerships and drive sales.
Perfil ideal
- Proven experience in sales and team management.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish and Portuguese is mandatory.
- Availability to travel extensively within the region.
- Passion for fishing (experience in the industry is a plus).
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is valued but not mandatory.
