About the role

Stellar AI Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Central Region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts and developing long-term, strategic relationships to drive revenue growth for our industry-leading AI software solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts

  2. Develop and execute account plans to identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities

  3. Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges

  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, product, and delivery teams to provide tailored solutions

  5. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

  6. Contribute to the development of the sales team through coaching and mentoring

  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new product developments

What we're looking for and we are flexible!

  1. Proven sales experience or Fresh Grads (Diploma/Degree)

  2. Demonstrated track record of success in managing strategic customer accounts and achieving sales targets

  3. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

  4. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and address customer needs

  5. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis to inform sales strategies

  6. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills

  7. Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
