Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies, including creating new market and accounts entry

  • Continuously identify market opportunities by keeping abreast of market trends and development and customer roadmaps.

  • Leverage on company’s strengths and market opportunity to expand sales/business

  • Support budgeting and reports, and other processes deemed necessary for operations and business sustainability and improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in any Engineering/Science/Business/Marketing discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience preferably from Semiconductor

  • Experience in precision engineering and/or semiconductor manufacturing and/or semiconductor equipment will be advantageous

  • Proven expertise in sales and/or marketing in semiconductor business

  • Extensive marketing management and execution experience with a proven track in semiconductor backend assembly and test will be preferred

  • Experience with Package Final Test, and/or Assembly Saw/Ball Tool related sales with highly advantageous

  • Strong analytical skills with creative thinking and solutioning leveraged on knowledge of market trends, leading technologies and industry practices

  • Willingness to travel on short and long notices or as required by the business

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds
