Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute sales strategies, including creating new market and accounts entry
Continuously identify market opportunities by keeping abreast of market trends and development and customer roadmaps.
Leverage on company’s strengths and market opportunity to expand sales/business
Support budgeting and reports, and other processes deemed necessary for operations and business sustainability and improvement
Requirements:
Degree qualification in any Engineering/Science/Business/Marketing discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience preferably from Semiconductor
Experience in precision engineering and/or semiconductor manufacturing and/or semiconductor equipment will be advantageous
Proven expertise in sales and/or marketing in semiconductor business
Extensive marketing management and execution experience with a proven track in semiconductor backend assembly and test will be preferred
Experience with Package Final Test, and/or Assembly Saw/Ball Tool related sales with highly advantageous
Strong analytical skills with creative thinking and solutioning leveraged on knowledge of market trends, leading technologies and industry practices
Willingness to travel on short and long notices or as required by the business
Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds
