Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, monitoring market trends, and achieving revenue targets. This role demands strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
  • Analyze sales data, forecasts, and trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and growth.
