Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding sales performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in a similar industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
