A leading company seeks a Sales Manager in Singapore to develop sales strategies and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, mentoring the sales team, and collaborating with operations to deliver exceptional services. Candidates should have significant B2B sales experience, preferably in facilities management, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Summary:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Build and maintain strong,long-lasting client relationships.
Conduct site visits and prepare customized cleaning service proposals.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and achieve individual and team goals.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new service opportunities.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales,preferably in the cleaning facilities management or service industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication,negotiation and presentation skills.
Leadership ability with experience in managing a sales team.
Ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
