Job Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and implement sales strategies to open new markets and client accounts in the steel industry.
- Identify and approach potential customers, distributors, EPCs, and end users to build a solid and diverse client base.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth and brand recognition through strategic outreach and market intelligence.
- Analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and client demands to continuously adapt sales tactics.
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights to management.
- Willing to work in the east area.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience, with a strong record of developing new customers and markets.
- Experience in the sales of steel pipes and water tanks or related steel products is strongly preferred.
- Possess engineering background (ITE/DIPLOMA/DEGREE) with minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Training will be provided.
