Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Manager with 2–4 years of relevant work experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in engaging with procurement and sales teams across the hospitality, medical, and food & beverage (F&B) sectors. This role will focus on identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing successful tender bids in highly competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement and sales departments of key clients within the hospitality, medical, and F&B industries.
• Identify, track, and respond to tender opportunities in line with the company’s capabilities and strategic goals.
• Prepare and submit compelling bid proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., operations, product, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of tender submissions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, pricing strategies, and client needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional connections and gather market intelligence.

Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tender bidding or institutional sales within the hospitality, healthcare, or F&B sectors.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and client decision-making frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
