SALES MANAGER

US PIZZA Singapore is hiring a Sales Business Manager responsible for driving business results.

This role offers a great opportunity for someone experienced in providing support, leadership, and coaching to franchisees at functional management levels up to the C-suite, focusing on the state of the business.

In this role, you will:

• Be accountable for managing franchisee relationships, achieving sales, EBITDA, and development targets, and leading change for success.
• Achieve country objectives related to new unit store growth, sales, and profitability by executing the market-specific business plan flawlessly.
• Lead the overall business planning process, including business assessment, review, planning, and calibration meetings throughout the year to ensure cross-functional collaboration internally with COEs and externally with franchisees for ongoing improvements.
• Identify strengths and gaps in franchisee ability to execute strategic plans and market objectives.
• Partner with franchisees to develop insights using data, analytics, and past experiences to inform short, medium, and long-term goals and business plans. As the relationship owner, act as the first point of contact for the Master Franchisee organization.
• Establish a consistent communication cadence (written, in-person, virtual) with the markets.
• Interpret, uphold, and enforce the execution and delivery of company strategies to ensure food safety, menu compliance, trademark protection, standards, and adherence to franchise agreements.
