Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
  • Establish sales goals and KPIs for the team and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed
  • Ensure CRM systems are up-to-date and accurate for all sales activities

Requirements:
