Job description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team.

The role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, communicate effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Primary duties:

  • Sales: Attend to customers and perform sales related activites for the Company
  • Problem Solving: Address client issues and challenges.

Secondary duties:

  • Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Schedule and coordinate appointments, and workers' medical, thumbprint etc.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input data into relevant databases. Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between sales team and external parties. Ensure timely and effective communication within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Maid Agency or in a related role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
