Responsibilities:
- Formulate business planning and management strategy program to optimize current and potential market opportunities and business performance.
- Lead and oversee a team of Sales Engineers to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop a new customer base and improve sales targets with existing customers.
- Analyze Profit/Loss of projects and provide cost control and cost-effectiveness strategies.
- Ensure effective resource control to provide quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery service for customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries, follow up, and provide technical solutions to clients.
- Compile and review contractual quotations for existing and new products as per customer enquiries.
- Provide regular updates to customers on project development in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly sales input/output and utilize data for sound analysis and decision-making.
- Initiate and develop good customer service and rapport with customers, always ready to serve better.
- Perform risk assessments for all new enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as defined by customers.
- Manage configuration management, including subsequent engineering changes.
- Oversee the control of documents and drawings.
- Participate in the implementation of risk assessment and risk control of medical devices.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Diploma in mechanical or precision engineering field or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a sales position in the precision engineering industry with a proven track record of sales performance.
- Good presentation skills.
- Self-starter and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and engage with organizations of diverse sizes and cultural perspectives.
- Outgoing, charismatic personality with good social skills.
- Must possess a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
