Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Singapore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Expanding market reach

Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with the marketing team. The Sales Manager will also coach and mentor the sales team, ensure customer satisfaction, and analyze sales metrics to track performance.

Qualifications

  • Skills in sales strategy development, market research, and business development
  • Customer relationship management and satisfaction skills
  • Team management, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills for sales metrics and performance analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the technology or sales industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
