As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development, manage sales team, and expanding our customer base. What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connections

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to secure new business

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns

  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system

  • Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments
