Role Overview

We seek an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives for interior renovation services and construction materials. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of interior construction/blueprints with proven sales expertise to build client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in interior renovation and materials.

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, and property developers.

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and material specifications to provide tailored solutions.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the interior construction sector.

• Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales for projects and material supply.

• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Qualifications

• Must Have:

o 2+ years in sales roles within interior construction, renovation, or building materials.

o Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.

o Strong understanding of interior construction processes, materials, and compliance standards.

o Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

o Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

o Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

• Preferred:

o Possess management and design qualifications and experience.

o Knowledge of sustainable/innovative building materials.

o Existing network in the local construction/design industry.
