Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in shipping, air freight, sea freight etc
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Understand client needs and offer customized freight solutions
Prospecting and generating sales revenue
Accountable for individual costs recovery
Contributing to the financial well-being of the company and achieve sales target set by HOD
Ensure the company credit policies are adhered to
Monitoring of account receivable and aging not exceeding 30 days unless approved
To ensure that all quotation are rated accurately and with profit margin added on
Provide efficient and effectives follow up
Resolving any customers’ complaint or operational issues that customer has feedback
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain Management / other related discipline and above
Minimum 3 years & above in the Sales & Marketing in Freight Forwarding
Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc
Active listening and strong communication skills
Positive attitude, goal-driven mindsets and self-disciplined
